Article 1 - Purpose
These Terms and Conditions define the rights and obligations of the parties in relation to the sale of gastronomic tour services offered by GASTRONOGUIDE.
Article 2 - Services
GASTRONOGUIDE organizes gastronomic tours of the Victor Hugo Market in Toulouse, including tastings with partner artisans. Average duration: 2 hours. Available languages: French, English, Spanish.
Article 3 - Booking
Bookings are made online through the GASTRONOGUIDE website. Any booking becomes final only after email confirmation and full payment is received.
Article 4 - Prices and Payment
Prices are stated in euros, all taxes included (TTC). Payment is made exclusively by bank card via the secure Stripe Inc. platform. Banking data is processed directly by Stripe and does not pass through GASTRONOGUIDE servers.
GASTRONOGUIDE reserves the right to change its prices at any time. Already confirmed bookings are not affected by such changes.
Article 5 - Cancellation and Refunds
Full refund for any cancellation made at least 48 hours before the start of the tour.
Between 48 hours and 24 hours before the start of the tour, a 50% refund will be issued.
Less than 24 hours before the tour or in case of no-show, no refund will be possible.
If we cancel the tour (e.g., guide health issue, extreme weather, unexpected market closure), a full refund or a tour reschedule will be offered.
Article 6 - Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, leisure services provided on a specific date do not benefit from the 14-day withdrawal right.
Article 7 - Liability
The customer takes part in the tour under their own responsibility. GASTRONOGUIDE cannot be held liable for bodily injury, material or immaterial damage occurring during tours, except in the event of proven fault. The customer must comply with safety rules and the guide's instructions.
Article 8 - Force Majeure
Neither party may be held liable for a failure resulting from a force majeure event within the meaning of article 1218 of the French Civil Code.
Article 9 - Consumer Mediation
In accordance with article L612-1 of the French Consumer Code, if a dispute is not resolved amicably, the consumer may use the mediator free of charge: CM2C (information and referral: https://www.cm2c.net).
Article 10 - Personal Data
Information collected during bookings is necessary for processing and follow-up. This data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the website.
Article 11 - Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be brought before the competent courts of Toulouse.
